I was just wondering, is this new mogpeeps blog going to be a permanent thing or was it just made because of the strike. Not sure whats up. Whats the plans man?

The plan is to make it permanent - I have gotten many comments about the tech being stable, adding new features ... etc... so it will be here permanently... spread the word and enjoy... thanks for joining us!

Costs nothing to keep up.
Peter in my experience trying to get folks to move or add another site is like trying to get people to the dentist.

I am - so true... this isn't a replacement for MOG - that's why we link back - just don't want to lose anyone to tech glitches at MOG... which I kept hearing on and off line from my peeps - hence the site...
On another note though, you're very right, it costs nothing - but it is ROCK solid code, and infrastructure, backed by Marc Andreessen - main developer on Netscape - and so far it has proven to be bullet proof - even for the thousands of sites they run here... so no Bad Gateway errors, no social networking blue screens of death, no munged posts, and on and on and on...
